General Information
To ensure that all clients stay on schedule, please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment. This is your time to relax, so for your comfort and the comfort of others, please make other appropriate childcare arrangements.


Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirm prices when making your initial appointment, please.


Payment
Sorry, but credit/debit cards are not accepted. Please feel free to use cash, gift certificates, or personal checks with identification. There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks.


No Tipping Policy
If you are pleased with your service, then refer all your friends and family to me or purchase the recommended home care products to maintain your desired results.


Client Referral Service
For each new client you refer for services, you'll receive a complimentary gift!


Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with 4 hours notice. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service, unless the appointment time can be filled by another client. No shows will be charged full price.


Sanitation
All implements are sanitized with a hospital-grade disinfectant, as well as table surfaces. Hand washing and sanitizing is done at the start of every service and the utmost care is taken to prevent the spread of germs and viruses, such as hepatitis, TB, HIV, and herpes. Any questions? Just ask!
